≤15%: delivery fees

15percent:

If you work for a corporate deal, you only get a small fraction of the delivery fee, and it is reduced per delivery you make on a run. Ex.: 1st delivery you get $.90, second delivery on same run you get $.60, and third you get $.40, while the company charges the same $1.50 FOR EACH DELIVERY. If…

You know what? Just going to say this now. I do not understand the US.

Restaurant servers getting paid below the minimum wage and having to make it up in tips? Illegal in the UK. Delivery people get a set salary too. Don’t even get me started about the Healthcare system. And LGBT rights. AND that whole Planned Parenthood palaver you’re going through at the moment.

I understand there are a lot of good things about living in the US but whenever I hear about a suggested policy to refuse abortions to rape victims, it sounds like the freaking middle ages. And it makes me angry.

I don’t know how I got onto that subject, but I’ll finish here with yelling HOORAY SOCIALISM.

Update: when I wrote this, the UK were having a referendum on whether to change our voting system to make it marginally fairer than the awful FPTP system we have now. We voted No. So apparently the UK is awful too.
